The Mind Behind the Idea
I'm Ramesh Reddy Adutla, an engineering leader with 15 years across fintech, media, and retail, building large-scale systems at global giants like JP Morgan, Sky, and Marks & Spencer across Asia and Europe. Currently based in London, helping one of the UK's biggest retailers digitalise their technology estate.
AI will reshape every industry. Yet the best AI education remains locked behind expensive institutions in a handful of countries. That gap isn't just unfair, it's a massive waste of potential.
A conversation about millions of students being left behind sparked this. AI Educademy started as a side project, it grew into something real.
Working across multiple countries where English isn't the first language made one thing clear: language should never be a barrier to learning. I speak English, French, and Telugu, so building a multilingual platform felt like the obvious move.
